MAIL IN : We are pleased to receive mail from all around Australia. We recommend packing your materials in a sturdy cardboard box with scrunched newspaper for extra padding. Place your materials inside a plastic bag within the box for extra protection from moisture. Always request a tracking link. With Australia Post parcel delivery you can opt for $100 insurance for free, or increase your cover accordingly.
Turnaround time.
Our usual turnaround time is 5 Working Days. An Express Option (1-2 days) may also be available on request. Large projects may require additional time.
Receive your scans.
Film & Photo scans are emailed as a download link which can be easily shared. Download the scans to your computer / phone / tablet and save to your Dropbox or preferred cloud service for back-up. We can also save your images to a USB, and recommend keeping a spare copy in a separate location.
Video Conversions will be delivered on a USB / hard-drive. You can supply your own, or we will provide one that suits your file-storage needs and on-charge the cost. We recommend keeping duplicate copies in a separate location.
Collect or mail back your originals.
Collect from Nedlands, or we can arrange to mail your originals + USB with scans / conversions to you.

Upload your images.
As part of your online order, you will include a link with your images. Alternately, you can email them to us, or supply on a USB.
If you are printing from a negative or restoring an old print, we will scan the original and email you a preview before printing.

Our team will package your prints with care and email a tracking link when your parcel is on the way.
